The flats are situated a complex of buildings in the old part of Prata that were once the homes for local farmers and have now been converted into homes for local people with some being made available for holiday lettings.

Prata is a small hamlet some 4 kms up in the hills above Suvereto and offers peace and tranquillity with spectacular views over the coastal plain to the sea in the distance.
